At Voltera, every installation is backed by strong product and performance warranties from top-tier manufacturers, plus our own workmanship guarantee.
1. Product Warranty
All components — including solar panels, inverters, and batteries — are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty:
Solar panels: 25–30 years product warranty
Inverters: 10–15 years (extendable)
Home batteries: 10 years or minimum cycle performance
Mounting systems: 10–20 years
2. Performance Guarantee
We guarantee that your solar system will produce at least 80–90% of its rated capacity after 25 years. If actual performance drops below this level, the manufacturer will repair or replace the affected panels.
3. Workmanship Warranty
Voltera provides a 5-year installation warranty covering all workmanship-related issues, including wiring, mounting, and safety checks.
Any defects resulting from our installation will be corrected free of charge.
4. Extended Service & Support
Customers can choose to extend their coverage with our Voltera Care Plan, which includes:
Annual system health check
Real-time performance monitoring
Priority technical support

Our team will inspect your system, identify the issue, and coordinate repair or replacement under warranty terms.
6. Warranty Limitations
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
Damage caused by external factors (storms, fire, vandalism, grid failure).
Unauthorized modifications or third-party interference.
Normal wear and tear.
